Parking Regulations Quiet Waters Condominium Association
1. Handicapped Parking space # 60 is reserved exclusively for Handicapped Parking
2. Waste Removal Space space # 56 is reserved exclusively for the waste removal cart
3. Long Term Parking spaces # 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17 are reserved exclusively for those owners or current tenants who wish to store a their vehicle at Quiet Waters during their physical absence from Quiet Waters. This includes owners who do and do not rent their units out to others. Vehicles parked in these areas may be covered or uncovered, as the owner wishes. It is up to the owner to maintain the cover, covers not maintained, those which rip and those which could cause damage to other vehicles will be cut free and disposed of.
4. Owner/Tenant Parking spaces 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 57, 58 & 59, all accessible from under building are reserved exclusively for current owners or tenants, who are physically in residence in Quiet Waters. Those who are physically absent from Quiet Waters for more than 14 continuous days must park in Long Term Parking. No owner or tenant shall occupy more than one space listed in this section. Second vehicles and or visitors shall park in spaces allotted for this purpose.
5. Owner/Tenant/Visitor/Second Vehicle Parking spaces not previously enumerated above (all being located on the parking lot located between Quiet Waters and Gulf Boulevard) shall be reserved for owners or tenants not able to find parking space in otherwise assigned Owner/Tenant Parking. These spaces shall also be reserved for Visitors and Second Vehicle parking.
6. Vehicles shall be parked in such a manner that either both front tires or both rear tires are no more than 1 foot from the parking space stop. Vehicles parked with their tires more than 1 foot distance from the parking space stop will be deemed to be illegally parked. (There is limited space for maneuvering vehicles under our building and in the Quiet Waters Parking lot, vehicles parked more than 1 foot from the parking space stops will block the access and egress of other users.)
7. To comply with Florida Statutes only currently licensed and insured vehicles may be parked in any parking space on Quiet Waters parking lot.
8. As authorized by Florida Statutes (715.07), vehicles, which contravene any of the above Parking Regulations, are subject to towing and removal from the Quiet Waters Parking Lot and/or property, at the owner's or operator's expense.
9. For the purposes of these Parking Regulations, the designated representatives for enforcement will be the currently employed Management Company for Quiet Waters Condominium and/or any Officer of the currently constituted Board of Directors for Quiet Waters Condominium Association.
10. Definitions:
a) Physically in residence - an owner or tenant who actually lives in residence day to day.
b) Physically absent - an owner or tenant who does not actually live in residence day to day. (E.g. A person who owns or rents a unit and actually is domiciled elsewhere.)
c) Parking space stop - that piece of cement at the inner most end of the parking space, which prevents a vehicle from going any further into or over the parking space.
